The 68th Daytona 500 will take place on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. ET and will run through 6:30 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
The final four spots have yet to be decided. Two will lock in through single-car qualifying on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 8:15 p.m. ET and the final two will get in through the duels on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch starts on pole for the first time in his career at the ‘500’ as he eyes his first victory in the Great American Race in his 21st start.<\/p>\n
This year, pole winner Kyle Busch and Chase Briscoe will share the front row for the 68th running of \u201cThe Great American Race.\u201d William Byron, meanwhile, aims for history as he seeks to become the first driver in history with three consecutive Daytona 500 wins.<\/p>\n
